Please note: Whilst all the Joma teamwear for your club has care instruction labels sewn into the garment, the addition of your player number and / or sponsor printed embellishment to the garment means that additional care is needed during laundry. Garments with printed embellishment should be washed inside-out; do not add fabric softener to the wash. Do not tumble dry garments with printed embellishments.
Collection and Delivery Information
Your team kit is usually ordered by your team coach. However, sometimes team members or their parent / carer need to replace items. In such cases, ordered items can either:
- be collected from our workshop during opening hours - once you have been notified that your order is ready to be collected, or
- you can choose to have your order delivered.

FAQs
Where do I collect my order?
All orders can either be:
1. Collected from our workshop during opening hours. Please note that workshop collections should wait until you have received either a collection email or SMS;
2. You can also choose to have your order delivered.
How long will my order take?
For plain, off-the-shelf items, orders will take between 1-3 working days to be delivered. For personalised items (embroidered or printed), orders may take up to 5 days.
How will I know if my order is ready?
You will receive both an confirmation email and SMS (if you have provided a mobile phone number).
What if my item is faulty?
Customised items
We will replace any customised item if it is faulty or if we have made a mistake. Otherwise, we don’t offer returns or refunds on customised items. Before placing your order, please be careful and check product size information. We supply garments from all different manufacturers so a medium in one brand may be different to a medium in another brand, so please ensure you have checked the sizing information before you proceed.
Plain products
Non-customised items can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the item. Please contact us with your order number if you would like to return blank items and they will provide further instructions.
