Where do I collect my order?

During checkout you will have the choice of either:

1. Having your order delivered - we will use the most appropriate service based on your location;

2. If you are local, you can collect your order from our workshop during opening hours. Please note that we are a production workshop. Workshop collections should wait until you have received either a collection email or SMS.

How long will my order take?

For plain, off-the-shelf items, orders will take up to 5 working days to be delivered. For personalised items (embroidered or printed), orders may take up to 10 working days.

How will I know if my order is ready?

You will receive both an confirmation email and SMS (if you have provided a mobile phone number).

What if my item is faulty?

Customised items

We will replace any customised item if it is faulty or if we have made a mistake. Otherwise, we don’t offer returns or refunds on customised items. Before placing your order, please be careful and check product size information. We supply garments from all different manufacturers so a medium in one brand may be different to a medium in another brand, so please ensure you have checked the sizing information before you proceed.

Plain products
Non-customised items can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the item. Please contact us with your order number if you would like to return blank items and they will provide further instructions.
