We take great pride in our work, providing our embroidery service using state-of-art, multi-head Tajima embroidery machines to embroider your garments. Using multiple multi-head machines means that we can offer a fast-turnaround on even the largest contract embroidery orders.

Designs that are too large to embroider, or need to be on garments where embroidery would damage the waterproof integrity, can be printed onto your garments, using our digital printing process. Print can sometimes be the best way to add a logo if you have very small text or the most cost effective way if you want a particularly large logo.

THE PROCESS

1. The client sends us their logo to be embroidered or printed on their garments, or gives us instructions to create one. When you supply your logo, we use specialist software to digitise the image into an embroidery design, enabling a realistic preview of what the design will look like once embroidered of printed onto your garments. We send the digitised artwork back to the client for approval.
2. Artwork Approval - once the client has approved the design, your garments are loaded onto the embroidery machines and your logo is stitched into the fabric. This process is undertaken in-house by our expert embroiderers, some with over 30 years of experience in embroidery techniques.
3. Your final approved design is then digitised, in a format that is ready to be embroidered or printed onto your garments.
4. Order Processed - We do what we do best, and start working on fulfilling your order. Every step of the order fulfilment is done in-house.

In addition to our embroidery and printing services we have a huge range of premium garments in our showroom, to suit most industries, that can be embroidered with your logo or design. Wa are also happy to embroider or print your own garments, of course. 

All work is done in-house at our premises in Plymouth.
