Pennycross Primary School Staff PE Kit Trivor Raincoat

Description

Available in black, with red trim.

Men's rain jacket. It is a comfortable and practical waterproof jacket to facilitate sports activities in cold, rainy, or windy weather. It provides maximum insulation against water leaks without compromising sweat breathability.

It includes a full waterproof zipper closure to prevent water leaks. It also has an ergonomic and self-storing hood, which can be hidden in the pocket of the closed neck with a zipper, and elastic cuffs.

Equipped with zippered pockets to safely store small items.

It is made of lightweight and waterproof fabric to protect against rain and wind. Inside, it incorporates Micro-Mesh technology, which helps regulate sweat accumulation.

Delivery and Collection information

Please wait until you have received either a text message or email to let you know that your order is ready to be collected.

Completed orders can either be:

  • Collected from the pre-arranged collection point at your school;
  • Collected from our workshop during opening hours once you have been notified that your order is ready to be collected, or
  • You can choose to have your order delivered by post.
Care Guide

Please note: Whilst all of our garments have care instruction labels sewn into the garment, the addition of printed embellishment to the garment means that additional care is needed during laundry. Garments with printed embellishment should be washed inside-out; do not add fabric softener to the wash. Do not tumble dry garments with printed embellishments.

Where do I collect my order?

All orders can either be:

1. Collected from our workshop during opening hours. Please note that workshop collections should wait until you have received either a collection email or SMS;

2. You can also choose to have your order delivered by post.

3. Collected from the pre-arranged collection point at your school.

How long will my order take?

For plain, off-the-shelf items, orders will take between 1-3 working days to be delivered. For personalised items (embroidered or printed), orders may take up to 5 days.

How will I know if my order is ready?

You will receive both an confirmation email and SMS (if you have provided a mobile phone number).

What if my item is faulty?

Customised items

We will replace any customised item if it is faulty or if we have made a mistake. Otherwise, we don’t offer returns or refunds on customised items. Before placing your order, please be careful and check product size information. We supply garments from all different manufacturers so a medium in one brand may be different to a medium in another brand, so please ensure you have checked the sizing information before you proceed.

Plain products
Non-customised items can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the item. Please contact us with your order number if you would like to return blank items and they will provide further instructions.
